THE DELIVERY
Our delivery conditions:
When you place an order for your Bangle on our site, it is shipped the next day if you placed the order before 7:00 a.m. (Paris time), for all orders placed after 7:00 a.m., it is possible that they will only be shipped the day after.* *excluding public holidays and weekends *excluding international orders.
Example 1: You place an order on a Tuesday at 6:50 a.m. and opt for delivery by Colissimo. Your order will therefore be processed the same day and taken care of by Colissimo from Wednesday. Taking into account the Colissimo deadlines mentioned below, you should therefore receive it between the following Friday and Saturday.
Example 2: You place an order on a Tuesday at 7:50 a.m. and opt for delivery by Colissimo. Your order will therefore be processed the next day, on Wednesday, and taken care of by Colissimo on Thursday morning. Taking into account the Colissimo deadlines mentioned below, you should therefore receive it between the following Saturday and Monday (Sunday being a public holiday).
For international orders, the processing time is a little longer and takes an additional 24 hours for their preparation by our logistician. So, when you place an order for your Bangle on our site, it is shipped the day after tomorrow if you placed the order before 7:00 a.m. (Paris time), for all international orders placed after 7:00 a.m., it is possible that these are only shipped two days later.* *excluding public holidays and weekends.

The MONDIAL RELAY option:
Mondial Relay shipments are carried out from Tuesday.

- For mainland France and Corsica, for all orders amounting to less than €80, Mondial Relay shipping costs are €4.90, for all orders amounting to more than €80, shipping costs in Mondial Relay are free.
- For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal: When you place an order, you can opt for delivery by Mondial Relay. This takes 4 to 7 working days. These deadlines must be taken into account once your order has been processed by our logistician.
- For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, for all orders whose amount is less than €80, the Mondial Relay shipping costs amount to €5.90, for all Orders with an amount greater than €80, Mondial Relay shipping costs are free.
Good to know: When you opt for the Mondial Relay delivery option for your order, the choice of relay point is made once payment for your purchase has been made!The COLISSIMO option:

The CHRONOPOST option:
- For France only: When you place an order, you can also opt for Express delivery at €12, with a guarantee of delivery within 24 working hours provided that your order has been placed before 12:00 p.m. on the same day (excluding public holidays). and excluding weekends). The INTERNATIONAL option:
For all countries (except France): shipping of your orders is now only done by Colissimo INTERNATIONAL. The price varies depending on the zone in which the destination country of your order is listed. For countries in the European Union and Europe, shipping takes 4-7 business days. For the rest of the world, it takes between 10 to 12 working days provided that your order is not blocked in customs. These deadlines must be taken into account once your order has been processed by our logistician.

Customs duties and taxes/VAT are not included in the price of the products you purchase on the Bangle-Up e-shop and remain the responsibility of the end customer. We recommend that our customers check these elements before validating their order to a country outside the EU.
All Bangle-Up orders blocked in customs and for which customers cannot or would like to pay to collect their order will be automatically returned by Colissimo to Bangle-Up. Deadlines to respect for returns
- Don't worry, Be Happy, we will refund your jewelry if it does not suit you. When you order one of our jewelry on our website, you have 30 days after receipt of your purchase, postmarked, to return your jewelry to us!
Shipping costs for return orders are the responsibility of the customer.
The conditions to respect for returning your Bangles to us
To be able to return your Bangle-Up jewelry to us, it is important to respect these few conditions listed below, otherwise we will not be able to reimburse your order:

Exchange a Bangle-Up jewel
At Bangle-Up, we do not do standard exchanges on our site www.bangle-up.com, we systematically refund your order.
For a new bracelet size, a different model or another color, simply reorder from our e-shop! At the same time, please follow our returns procedure to return the jewelry that you do not wish to keep so that we can refund your order.
For all orders in mainland France below €80, please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs, these remain your responsibility.

How to return your jewelry?
Approach
- To make a return request, you must contact our customer service at the email address mail@bangle-up.com, remembering to specify the number of your order as well as your first and last name. To help us improve our products and the quality of our service on the e-shop, do not hesitate to tell us the reason for your return or exchange request :-) This helps us enormously.
- As soon as receipt of your return is confirmed by our logistician, our team will reimburse your order. For all orders below €80 or having opted for delivery by CHRONOPOST, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Reimbursement
- Allow around fifteen days after receipt of your return in our workshops for your refund. You will be notified by email when this has been completed. You may have to wait two to three days between receipt of the email and the actual reimbursement of your order to your bank account.
- Important: when we refund your order, the shipping costs will be refunded to you within the 14-day withdrawal period. After this period, return costs will be your responsibility.
Concerning returns for orders placed with one of our corners in department stores or within a reseller boutique.
If you have purchased a Bangle-Up piece of jewelry from one of our resellers on the internet or in a physical store, requests for returns/exchanges or refunds do not concern Bangle-Up customer service but the customer service of the retailer where you purchased your Bangle!

How long has the Bangle-Up Company existed?
The Bangle-Up jewelry brand has existed for 10 years. Created in 2014.

Since 2020, at Bangle-Up, we have faithfully supported La Maison des Femmes. This reception structure was founded at the Saint-Denis Hospital Center by Dr Ghada Hatem to help and support all women in difficulty or victims of violence.
As this membership was particularly important to us, we wanted to embody it through the creation of a dedicated piece of jewelry: the “Bangle Heart” bangle engraved with the manifesto “all heroines”. A symbolic bracelet that carries meaning and solidarity.

Where are the products manufactured?
They are developed and produced in 3D in a Parisian workshop then shaped by a specialized partner in Asia.
Beautifully crafted jewelry, enhanced with fine gold, Bangle-Up's creations result from the revisited artisanal process of lacquer and enamel. An elaborate know-how to which the work of the hand remains intimately linked.

Do you do silver color?
Yes, silver-colored rhodium jewelry arrived in 2024.
RHODIUM (silver appearance finish): we have implemented rhodium finishes on many lines (An-o, Bangle, Lumi, Eyelet). These finishes bring a more rock and mixed side to the lines.
What is the style of your jewelry?
Sober and refined, current and timeless, our “Bangle” subtly cultivate the harmony of opposites. Bangle-Up is inspired by the original shape of the “Bangle” and offers colorful prints. A “parti-print” which immediately made it unique! This classic, over time, has been constantly renewed. It was first reinvented through differentiating patterns and then gradually developed into a family of complementary pieces: bangles, cuffs, rings, earrings and necklaces.

Size 1- Small/Medium: suitable for wrists between 14 cm and 16 cm + bracelet diameter.
Size 2 - Medium/Large: suitable for wrists between 17 cm and 19 cm
OPEN BRACELETS / BANGLES / CUFFS / RINGS: Adjustable
To tighten them: gently heat the bangle then maintain light pressure on both ends.
To enlarge them: gently heat the bangle then spread the two ends slightly apart.
