RETURN

We will refund your jewelry if it does not suit you. You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return your jewelry to us.

The conditions to be met to return your Bangles to us:
- Not having worn or damaged the jewelry.
- Have kept the product label of the jewel.
- Return the jewel to us in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer service at the email address mail@bangle-up.com specifying your order number and your first and last name.
- Return the jewel to the following address:

The refund will take place a maximum of 7 working days after receipt and inspection of your return in our workshops. You will be notified by email when it has been made.
