THE DELIVERY
Our delivery conditions:

When you place an order for your Bangle on our site, it is shipped the next day if you placed the order before 7:00 a.m. (Paris time), for all orders placed after 7:00 a.m., it is possible that they will only be shipped the day after.* *excluding public holidays and weekends *excluding international orders.

Example 1
: You place an order on a Tuesday at 6:50 a.m. and opt for delivery by Colissimo. Your order will therefore be processed the same day and taken care of by Colissimo from Wednesday. Taking into account the Colissimo deadlines mentioned below, you should therefore receive it between the following Friday and Saturday.

Example 2
: You place an order on a Tuesday at 7:50 a.m. and opt for delivery by Colissimo. Your order will therefore be processed the next day, on Wednesday, and taken care of by Colissimo on Thursday morning. Taking into account the Colissimo deadlines mentioned below, you should therefore receive it between the following Saturday and Monday (Sunday being a public holiday).

For international orders, the processing time is a little longer and takes an additional 24 hours for their preparation by our logistician. So, when you place an order for your Bangle on our site, it is shipped the day after tomorrow if you placed the order before 7:00 a.m. (Paris time), for all international orders placed after 7:00 a.m., it is possible that these are only shipped two days later.* *excluding public holidays and weekends.

The MONDIAL RELAY option:
Mondial Relay shipments are carried out from Tuesday.

- For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, for all orders whose amount is less than €80, the Mondial Relay shipping costs amount to €5.90, for all Orders with an amount greater than €80, Mondial Relay shipping costs are free.

Good to know: When you opt for the Mondial Relay delivery option for your order, the choice of relay point is made once payment for your purchase has been made!

The COLISSIMO option:
- For France only: When you place an order, you can opt for delivery by Colissimo. This takes 3 to 4 working days. These deadlines must be taken into account once your order has been processed by our logistician.

- For mainland France and Corsica, for all orders whose amount is less than €130, the shipping costs by Colissimo are €7.50, for all orders whose amount is greater than €130, Colissimo shipping costs are free.

The CHRONOPOST option:
- For France only: When you place an order, you can also opt for Express delivery at €12, with a guarantee of delivery within 24 working hours provided that your order has been placed before 12:00 p.m. on the same day (excluding public holidays). and excluding weekends). The INTERNATIONAL option:
For all countries (except France): shipping of your orders is now only done by Colissimo INTERNATIONAL
. The price varies depending on the zone in which the destination country of your order is listed. For countries in the European Union and Europe, shipping takes 4-7 business days. For the rest of the world, it takes between 10 to 12 working days provided that your order is not blocked in customs. These deadlines must be taken into account once your order has been processed by our logistician.

All Bangle-Up orders blocked in customs and for which customers cannot or would like to pay to collect their order will be automatically returned by Colissimo to Bangle-Up. At Bangle-Up, we do not do standard exchanges on our site www.bangle-up.com, we systematically refund your order.

For a new bracelet size, a different model or another color, simply reorder from our e-shop! At the same time, please follow our returns procedure to return the jewelry that you do not wish to keep so that we can refund your order.

For all orders in mainland France below €80, please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs, these remain your responsibility.

How to return your jewelry?

Approach

- To make a return request, you must contact our customer service at the email address mail@bangle-up.com, remembering to specify the number of your order as well as your first and last name. To help us improve our products and the quality of our service on the e-shop, do not hesitate to tell us the reason for your return or exchange request :-) This helps us enormously.

- As soon as receipt of your return is confirmed by our logistician, our team will reimburse your order. For all orders below €80 or having opted for delivery by CHRONOPOST, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Reimbursement

- Allow around fifteen days after receipt of your return in our workshops for your refund. You will be notified by email when this has been completed. You may have to wait two to three days between receipt of the email and the actual reimbursement of your order to your bank account.

- Important:
when we refund your order, the shipping costs will be refunded to you within the 14-day withdrawal period. After this period, return costs will be your responsibility.

Concerning returns for orders placed with one of our corners in department stores or within a reseller boutique.


If you have purchased a Bangle-Up piece of jewelry from one of our resellers on the internet or in a physical store, requests for returns/exchanges or refunds do not concern Bangle-Up customer service but the customer service of the retailer where you purchased your Bangle!
