Discover the genesis of our Peony flower
. At the request of Bangle-Up, the tattoo artist, Rémy Barbeoch, agreed to rework the peony, one of its emblematic motifs, to measure.
. Modeled in technical drawing, the flower was printed in resin.
. Using the principle of the "lost wax" process, it was cast like a sculpture to obtain the first "master".
. Duplicated, this original piece made it possible to create all the Peony brooches-pendants in brass identically.
. One by one, they were carefully polished by hand then immersed in a mechanical drum filled with ceramic granules. This "brightening" operation has the particularity of making the metal shine.
. The dapper flowers were then dipped in a bath of electrolytic gold plating.
. Finally, some models were enhanced with black enamel. A know-how closely linked to the brand's DNA.
