MANUFACTURING SECRET:

The Gem bangle is distinguished by its unique design, combining cloisonné enamel and rhinestones. This combination of contrasting textures and colors gives it a subtle, precious sparkle. Its manufacture takes place in six main stages. The process combines mechanical actions and artisanal expertise.

Cutting: The flat bracelet is cut from a brass sheet according to the approved wax prototype.

Stamping: The machine strikes the brass surface in several passes to create its embossed design. Contours and perforations gradually take shape as desired.

Shaping: Under the powerful effect of a curved press, the brass strip bends and takes on the perfect oval shape of the designed bangle.

Polishing: Small imperfections are smoothed manually, then the bangle is immersed in a mechanical drum filled with ceramic granules. This polishing process has the unique characteristic of making the metal shine.

Galvanization: The perfectly smooth piece of jewelry is then successively immersed in a bath of copper and 18k gold plating. Ornamentation: As a final step, the piece is hand-decorated with epoxy resin in the color of custom-defined pigments. This high-precision work requires true expertise! After a 48-hour drying period, the rhinestones are applied one by one by hand.
